Free Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on orders over $49 (after discounts and before tax) to the US.

Orders under $49:A standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Exceptions
Currently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Delivery Delayed
We make every effort to ensure that every package arrives by its estimated delivery date. However, there are circumstances where delivery delays are beyond our control.
If your parcel has not arrived 14 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at auselily@gmail.com. We will review the situation and issue a refund as compensation where applicable.
The following causes of delivery delay are beyond our control and are excluded from compensation:
